Join us for 4 consecutive weeks and learn the fundamentals of yoga from the ground up - including how to breathe, how to move with the breath, how you should feel in any pose, how to know if you're doing a pose correctly, as well as the key poses themselves. |
With a max of 4 participants, you'll have lots of time and attention to get every question answered, as well as lots of detail, background and demonstration throughout.
