This extended mid-week retreat is designed to help you to deeply relax, heal and re-energize, restoring and nourishing you on every level. Escape with us to the stunning Bloom Holistic Retreat Centre, perfectly situated on miles of quiet lakefront and amid hundreds of acres of private forested land just 20 minutes north of Kingston.
Throughout your stay, Leslie will gently and progressively guide you to a deep sense of calm through daily meditation classes, all-level yoga classes, workshops on Yoga Philosophy and Restorative Yoga, as well as her signature Restorative Yoga with Massage sessions.
Invariably the highlight of the retreat, Leslie’s Restorative Yoga with Massage class is the ultimate in relaxation. Enjoy soothing music, essential oils, and massage while you are draped in a cozy blanket and relaxing deeply in fully supported restorative yoga poses. This class will be done at separate times in small groups, ensuring maximum personal attention for everyone. And our RMT will be on-hand throughout the retreat for private massages, if you wish to pamper yourself even further.
Meanwhile, enjoy the best in luxurious accommodations, as well as sumptuous vegetarian meals that will help you feel energized and whole. All meals, accommodation, classes, props and workshops are included. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and all activities are optional, so that you can custom tailor this retreat to be the experience you need most right now for your healing and wellbeing.

About Bloom Holistic Retreat CentreBloom Holistic Retreat Centre is located on over 650 acres of Canadian shield land just 20 minutes north of Kingston. The building is newly designed and constructed, and is full of floor-to-ceiling windows, and is mindfully oriented to have a view of the expansive lakefront from every room on the main floor: yoga space, living area, dining area and entrance.
The property offers literally miles of lakefront on a very low-occupancy lake, acres of forest with hiking trails, lookout points, fire pit and outdoor dining area with pizza oven. It is an oasis like you've never seen in Ontario!
Accommodations
Enjoy the very best in resort accommodations at Bloom. There are a wide range of rooms, all in the main building, with queen, king, and twin bed options sleeping 1-2, plus two rooms sleeping up to 4 in bunk beds. All rooms have an en-suite 3 piece bathroom with shower. Food
All lovingly hand-made, meals are hearty, wholesome and delicious. Dishes are prepared fresh daily and made with local ingredients, many grown on the property itself. Getting ThereYou may drive, or take the train to Kingston station and then arrange to get to and from the retreat from there - it's just a 20 minute drive north of the city.
